I am ok. Thanks, Hasta! I think I am just a bit homesick. I haven't been watching what I eat too seriously this week, so the weigh-in on friday maybe a shocker. Anyways, this is a passing phase.

I am trying to get back on my exercising "horse".

I had a bad sleepless week. Maybe, that's why I gained 2 lbs of the 3 lbs that I lost.

I have a question for everyone. Is it ok(fertility-wise) to have 8-16 oz of coffee everyday?

I weighed 148 today. I think I am plateau-ing. :(

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

I ususally weigh myself in the mornings. Is that a good time to weigh? Somedays, I feel like 145, but when I step on the scale it shows 148. Is it water weight?

Also, has anyone tried oolong tea? Does it help weight loss? If it does, what is a good brand?

I had to go to 2 parties this weekend and EAT. On saturday, I was able to get some walking. When it is hot outside, I just walk indoors and chat with my friends or Mom. But, on sunday, I could not get any exercise. But, I also did not eat a whole lot till the evening.

My goal is to 144 by the end of Aug. I want to meet that goal.

I would like to join your group. I am 30 years old, 148 lbs and 5'61/2". I used to be 156 lbs in May. I am trying to be 132-135 thus losing my post baby weight.

What is your weigh-in date?
