I think you can go one of two ways...

1. This summer I ate 1200 calories but didn't exercise.

2. Now I eat 1600 - 1700 calories a day and run off 500 calories five days a week.

It works both ways, I've lost twenty pounds. I'm personally much happier with the latter, and I don't want to eat someone. Plus I can think about other things and not think of only food (although it still consumes a lot of my thought) all day.

-String Cheese

-100 Calorie Packs

-Easy Mac Cups

-Soup

-Low Sugar Oatmeal

-Special K Bars

-Rice Cakes

-Deli Turkey Slices

-Applesauce

-Fruit Leather

-Matzoh

-Low Fat Cottage Cheese

-Fruits (Peaches, Apples, Plums, Pears)

-Carrots

-Yogurt

-Lean Pockets (I love the breakfast and pizza ones)

-Orange Juice

Ok...I'm getting hungry now...

B - Lite English Muffin with Laughing Cow Cheese Slice, Frozen Grapes & Strawberries

L - Lean Cuisine Pasta, Tofu Popsicle

S - Low Sugar Oatmeal

D - Probably soup or chicken

S - Probably popcorn or more oatmeal

*Trapped in the house due to a hurricane

Low cal wheat bread is really great, I get the 40 cal per slice, toast it, and spread light laughing cow cheese on it for 115 calories, it fills you up really well.

Breakfast: Two Slices Wheat Bread spread with Light Swiss Laughing Cow Slice, Peach

Lunch: Healthy Choice Beef Steamer (Really Good), Salad with spinach, califlower, carrots, cucumber, and balsalmic vinegar salad spritzer

Snacks: Apple, Two slices wheat bread with butter spray

Dinner: Amy's Organic Pasta, Two slices wheat bread with butter, carrots

Dessert: Edy's Strawberry Fruit Bar

Snack: Orange, Peppermint Tea
