^ I love Rupert, he was actually in All Stars as well!

But, I've watched every season since the 1st -- obsessed much?None the less, I'm very excited for tomorrow's premire -- from the commercials it seems like episode one is already going to have a surprise or two.

Then Amazing Race on Sunday!

<- Watches too much reality tv.

Foods Nutrition Bar suggestions anyone?? Jan 25 2009

I have about the same input, but eat these daily and wanted to share

I've never tried the Luna ones, but Odwalla is one of my favorites. Their peanut butter chocolate is my favorite, and I can only eat half of it and still feel full inbetween meals. This makes the bars only seem 50 cents a day then too. I also like the Kashi ones, pumpkin spice is my favorite, but they seem a little small. The quaker ones are only 90cal but they don't fill me up like the others - their just regular granola bars I think. Besides that the Clif Kids one is good and not as much cal's as the larger one. Besides that, Larabars are great.

I love zapping them in the microwave for 10 seconds or so as well - makes the bars even better. Good luck bar searching, I have a whole tuppleware box of them !

& also vegetarian chili..nauseous & ill, and just not fun so I avoid it.

I can't believe frosted mini wheats have gelatin, totally did not know that since I read this.

Well..I don't think I've had them in three years, but I used to eat those all the time.

For progresso soups, there is only one now that I eat & really like thats vegetarian, all the others they started putting chicken broth into & thats Tomato Rotini.

I buy my marshmallows online from a place in Georgia, expensive, but it's worth it when my family goes camping and has smores!

Pizza rolls are horrible for me as well, I just refuse to buy them now. If I don't let them in the house, I forget about them or I can't eat them.

I have the hardest time with a bowl of cereal - I just eat them and don't care about how much is going into the bowl and then eat it really quick. I used to be really bad and eat 2 bowls a day or so. I've started to buy healthier cereals that I like still, but its still really hard to fight those urges to eat that sugary un-healthy cereal every once in a while.

Dr.pepper would be the hardest to break - it took me a long time to switch from Mountain Dew to diet, and even longer to get down to just one a week or so.

Good luck everyone, everyone's familar with foods that are super hard to resist.

I'm the first vegetarian in my family, a few others "tried" it out, but nothing really long term. It took my parents and extended family a long time to accept it, a lot of the relatives still make jokes about it and such, don't understand still after 3 years. I know one vegan and two other vegetarians, but none are in my friend circle, they tend to find it pretty off as well.

I think everyone's off busy with Halloween, but anyways,

I'm at 118.0; .5 less that August so at least I've been maintaining! Going on a cruise next week though, sure to gain some weight there, so I won't be here for weigh ins next friday. Hope everyone has had a good week and is having a good Halloween.

I hope you are not looking to lose weight. At 5'6 and 100 pounds, you are already underweight. Your BMI is a 16.2, already very low.

http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html; From this teen calculator you should be at : 2310 for active and 2820 for very active. And from what you've described you are very active.

With a history of an eating disorder you need to be really careful and monitor everything. It is very easy to slip back into things, and fast. You ahve to constantly remind yourself you don't want to go downthat path again, that you just want to be healthy and maintain there, not to constantly set new lower weight goals. It seems like working into things. I;d recommend bumping up your calorie intake a little bit with healthy foods, you should be eating 1600-1800 calories a day with little to no exercise. Vary you exercises to tone different parts of your body and keep a regular routine of when you eat. Good luck!

I kind of disappeared off the face of the earth myself. Went on vacation two weeks, going again next week. Plus I've been too scared to jump up on the scale, I know I've gained this past month. Must get back on track with this, I'd really like to feel good about my body like I did 2 years ago or so.
