I think I'd like to join this group. I'm 5' 10" and 182 I started at 184 (just last week) I'd like to get down to around 150. |

I was skinny kid, but I gained a quite a bit during puberty. I lost about 30 lbs my first year of college, but then I gained it all back after I started my job. It stressed me out and there are always snacks everywhere!!! |

I bought the book not knowing it was about veganism, but I have never been more entertained by a self help book. I wish they would write one that doesn't have such drastic views... there's no way I could give up cheese! I really enjoyed it, though. |

I am incredibly intrigued by the diva cup... i'm not really eco-concious, but that would save a lot of money every year... hmmm what do you think of it compared to tampons? |

I'm an emergency communications specialist. Just a fancy title for dispatcher. We dispatch for local police and fire agencies, and answer 911. Some days I love it and some days I think it's the most underappreciated job in the world. But I have great co-workers, and normally don't mind the job. Plus the pay check is a plus. |

I had muscle spasms in my back when I was in high school. Really, I think you should rest. Take it easy a few days, it will be better before you know it. My doctor prescribed some muscle relaxers which helped a ton. If you can't sit still, you could probably go on walks. For me, it hurt the most when I was trying to change positions, like go from sitting to standing and walking didn't bother me much. |

I know 100% what you are talking about. I am such an overeater. I have to eat things that are already portioned out or I'll eat it all. I always used to over fill myself, but I'm think I'm moving past that. It'll take some time, but I know my body doesn't need all the food it used to eat. That alone feels great. I love the use of commonsensical. |

I agree w/ them. I let the first 5 lbs I gained really get to me, and now it's a few more than 5 lbs. You'll lose it back quicker than you think once you get back on track. Start with your favorite kind of excerise, and it will motivate you to get back in gear. |

i don't generally turn the olympics on on purpose, but i enjoy watching gymnastics or diving if i catch it. i'm still jealous of gymnasts. my only goal in high school was to do a back handspring and i never got it... :( |

I really love good year pimps to work out to. i think they go by the pimps now though, because good year sued them. they have a few songs that i really hate, but the beat pumps me up. |
