I have this same problem with cereal. Something that helps me is to buy cereal that is not very conducive to snacking. Honey Bunches of Oats, for example, is kinda harder to grab outta the box to snack on (in my opinion). As opposed to, say, Puffins or Life... I might as well have a box of teddy grahams in front of me.

Chocolate smoothie. I take some ice, a no-sugar-added chocolate pudding cup (60 cals), some milk, and some splenda and blend it up. So delicious and guilt free. (It's 107 degrees in TX right now, so this sounds particularly appetizing.) |
