Hi! I am so glad that I found this site! I am a mommy of two....two little girls. A two and a half year old and a 4 month old. I am also a bfing mom... I breastfed my first for 13 months and am still working on the second of course. I too am one of the few apparently according to some moms that did not lose any weight from bfing. I guess its because we sit on our ars and do it all day long.....hahaha. I really would like a support partner too. I just satarted my diet Aug 1st. I am so excited about it too!(so far) I am counting calories and trying to do a little exercise. I am trying to eat about 1500 calories daily...which I think is ok while bfing dont u? I do situps everyday and use 3 pound arm weights every other day because gosh are my arms getting fat! I try to do some tae-bo about 2-3x a week and walk when I can. A little about me...Well im 28 and am 5'5 and weigh about 180. I was 135 before I had my first and thats what I want to aim for....but I would be happy with 150. I would really like to have someone other than my hubby to talk to about weight loss as he hasnt gained a pound since high school! So if anyone would like to be my buddy I d like to hear from you....just message me....Also my email is robdashiell@yahoo.com.
