Better late than never~

I started off 190ish at the beginning of the summer w/no muscle tone whatsoever and now I'm down to 182 this week with alot more muscle. (I started counting seriously at 185 two weeks ago.)


My goal is to be 165 by october... but I could do with 170 a month from now too!

Oh god, I hate sports bras. I'm currently in NZ and though I found a sportsbra that was theoretically 'my size' it squished me horribly! I've finally given up on sports bras all together - I'm supposedly a 36FF (at least that's what I'm wearing currently) but I still fit into my Victoria secret 36DD - though I have to tighten the back band all the way. I use this when I work out, it doesn't hurt too much but then again my boobs don't feel much anyways.

Goodness, this seems to be an older post... I wonder how all of you have done.


I'm 5'6" and my long term goal weight is 135 by next spring - for now I'd like to go down to 165 by the beginning of October (I weigh 181 now). I've NEVER weighed below 150 at my current height, so I'd love to see what it feels like :-)

Thanks everyone for the advice so far! Its so exciting to join this community and know that I am not alone in my weight loss struggle (I'm currently in a country surrouned by thin women, so I definately feel it alot)
