Hey all, Today I am weighing in at 240. which mean's that I lost the 1lb that I gained last week. I joined at 240 gained 1 lb last week now back to 240. I really have not be exercising which I know that I need to. I just hate it!! Good job to all of you! Brooke |

Actually, I bought this before and it did not agree with me also. I almost had an accident with this stuff. Like an idiot I ate one for breakfast with some rasin bran and let me tell you that I will never do that again!! I have not bought the stuff since. It was probably the mix of the fiber and yogurt but I have been to scared to try it again. Brooke |

Thank you all for replying. You all are doing fabulous and the pictures are really amazing. Durgy- The facial comparison is crazy! you look so different. davefiredancer- you can definatly see the results in the belly area! You look great! Valsgoal- I cant even believe the difference. That is a big weight loss! Congrats. uberman- You look great. You clearly have been working hard!! |

Hello all, Did I read that we are going to have a weigh in on Monday? I am down. Anyway, I hope every one has a good weekend. Cristin- breakfast on the road. Hmm Well I usually eat breakfast on the way to work in traffic. So I get quick and easy things also. I would have to agree with Luna bars, I also get quaker oatmeal to go bars. They are really high in fiber so they keep me full. They have 10g fiber and then 6g sol. fiber. what ever that means. Actually can anyone explain what sol. fiber is?? I alsp like fiber one bars they are good too maybe with a peice of fruit or yogurt. Hope this helps. C you all Monday. |

renam21, Welcome, I am new too. About your husband I have the oppsite but same problem. Mine is in perfect shape with probably not even an ounce of fat on him. He eats what he wants, all the time tons and tons. He never gains weight. Most of the time he doesnt understand my "diets". Because he has never had to diet or even count a calorie in his entire life. I envy him!! He also sys the same as yours: he loves me no matter what and thinks I am beautiful. Good luck with the weight loss. I am 26 and weigh 240. I should weigh 140 but I am aiming for 160-ish. This site has been fabulous so far ! Brooke |

ahazel1980, Thank you for the help. I did not realize that they automatically subtracted the amount for you once an activity is entered. I went on this morning to look at the total of calories burned yesterday and all I could c was the activities/excercise that I had entered. I wish there was a way to see the total of what was burned a previous day rather than doing the math yourself. Who do I have to talk to around here! lol j/k Thanks again. Have a good day. |

Dinataruni- That is great advice about the protein and fiber in all meals/snacks.
I did fine all day until I got home and had 3 peices if pizza. I was full after the 2nd but I continued to eat the 3rd. Mel95- I am with you. Today is a new day and we can start together! Good luck all Brooke |

I am also new and in need of friends but, anyway I really like the fiber one bars. They are soooo good and I find them very filling. I also love yogurt or cottage cheese. At most supermarkets they have a little container of cottage cheese that include a mix in of apples n cinnamon, cherry, blueberry, etc..They are usually about $1.00 and really yummy. If you know how to add me as a friend go for it cause I dont know how yet :) Brooke |

Hello all, Me and My husband have been trying for 1 month. We got married July 5 and have been trying since then. We already have a 5 yr old girl who we didnt even have to try for. She kind of just happend :) I was wondering if any one could give me some advice about when the best time of month is to concieve. I am new at this and I am getting very frusterated already. I know, I know, we just started trying but we have been going at it every day numerous times for a month and still nothing. lol, I know some ladies would kill for that :) Last month I was due for my period around the 6th of July it came 12 days late and was very heavy. So now I figure it will come around the 18th this month (if not preg.) because it was so late last month. So when is the best time to concieve?? Help, need some advice!! Thanks Brooke |

Hey all Count me in!! My name is Brooke. I am 26 and I weigh 240 lbs and would like to be around 165. although, I should weigh around 140. I have a big problem over-eating. If a meal is really good I will eat it until my stomach is over full. I have a really hard time controlling that. If I could control my portions this road would not be so hard. I have tried every diet known to man and I am here not to diet but to change my life style for LIFE. Good luck to you all and I look forward to motivating and being motivated.

hey Kez, My name is Brooke. I am 26 and would love to give and receive support. I am 5'6 and looking to lose 75lbs. I also work in an office and I always feel to tired to excerise before/after work. I know it is cause of my extra weight making me tired. Any advice?? Also, Good luck to all :) |
