I've dated both older and younger...25 older is the oldest, 10 younger is the lowest...overall I prefer the 10-20 years older for their ability to actually enjoy the small things in life, and not deal in drama...maturity is sexy.

 Well said.

Exercise is also very important~but I have worked out daily, not counted calories, and still gained weight. Abs are built in the kitchen, I believe

I agree wholeheartedly.  Watch what you eat and eat good, nourishing foods.

My husband is 19 years older than me.  We've been happily married for 5.5 years.  He is the most intelligent and the funniest person I know.

Everyday he makes me laugh.  Once my family and friends met him, they fell in love with him, too.  Cool

The age difference is something that rarely, if ever, comes up.  We forget about it most of the time.

You can even make low cal snow cones (a personal favorite) by filling a cup of any size with snow (you have to really pack it in there, or the liquid will melt it right away) and pour your favorite diet drink of choice over it (diet soda, iced tea and Crystal Light work well, but any beverage will do).  Use a spoon and enjoy!!!  You could have lots of these and not ruin your diet at all (but you may get chilly after a while--hahah!!!).

Wow, what a good idea!!  Yum!  I hope it snows soon!

I used to have the same problem.  Try eating beans.  I eat 1/3-1/2 can of kindney beans everyday and it really works well.  Despite how much high-fiber cereal or fruits and veg I've tried, beans are the only thing that works.
