OMG trying to loose... girl i am so glad to hear you are okay!!!! that H1N1 is not to be played with.... everyone in my house has had some sort of cold, but nothing bad yet.... and i hope and pray it stays that way!

Lynn... girl i dont know where to start... i havent gotten signed up yet, a special is running the second week of Nov that waives the joining fee... so i plan to join then.... as for life in general... i think i might have made a mistake moving in with the boyfriend... i'm feeling real frustrated and wishing i had MY space back... problems are regular relationship problems... but i'm tired... tired of the lack of communication... tired of being made out to seem crazy or needy when all i want is QT and accountability... if our lease was up today, i'd be out today!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!Frown

i'm good... spent the last couple weeks preparing for our file audit at my job today.... feeling pretty good about my files... hopefully my co-workers feel the same and our audit goes smoothly!!!

yah it was totally water weight ladies... i flushed with water all day and kept sodium intake low... and when i got home, my weight was down from my morning weigh in.... so i edited my post to reflect the evening weight as well.... 185.0!!!! Which means a loss of .2lbs... not much really, but better that a lb gain!!!

Lynn, the plan is for me and my best friend to go to the YMCA across the  street from our jobs and sign up on Monday.... She is out of town this weekend and we want to do it together.... so starting next week i'll be hitting the gym again...

My boyfriend had his "bar" night last night... i refuse to cook when he goes to the bar... my way of being rebelious... so my son and i went to Buffalo Wild Wings.... pigged out and i had two tall glasses of bud light... needless to say my weight is up this morning... but not bad.. 185.4... so i'm flushing with water today!!!

Since we are talking about breast... it seems like no matter how much weight i loose or gain my cup size dont change much... At 215 i wore a 40DD and at 169 the losest i've been since having my son i wore a 36DD...

weighed this morning at 184.2.... YEAH... and i currently were a 38DD... i got some big old titties... LOL

Morning ladies... had some loss... but still bouncing around 186 and sometimes 188... breaking 180 has been a challange for almost a year now... it's driving me crazy... my bf got on me yesterday... fussing about how when we first got back together i was in the gym four nights a week and working two part time jobs... says my go-getter attitude is what attracted him and now i've fell off... in part the words hurt me... i stopped working out for multiple reasons... one the extra jobs were killing me... two when we moved in together i'd like to get off work at 430 come home and have a hot meal waiting for him... and three i was wanting to be home more often to be with my son... with all that said i will admit that i've gotten a little lazy... but i still manage all the home maker duties... i keep the house spotless, i do all the laundry every weekend and i coook dinner at least four or five nights a week... as for the two part time jobs... hell i was single and trying to make ends meet... i didnt have anyone helping me...now i do... so why should i work seven days a week and two overnight shifts in addition to my regular 9-5.... honestly WHY SHOULD I???? i guess he feels like i pulled a bate and switched.... ahhh... i'm in one **** mood this morning ladies!!!

Lynn, you are right we need to get back on track... so i suppose i will take heed to my bf words and sign up for the gym membership... and then when he starts bitching because he is the one taking care of my son in the evenings... i supppose he'll bitch again!!!

South Beach sounds interesting.... i've never actually tried a programmed diet before, i seem to loose pretty easily by just watching my calorie intake.... that's how i lost in the past... and that's how i've been slowly shedding now... my problem is once i loose the weight i stop paying attention... and then next thing you know i'm fat again... i promise... once i loose the weight this time... wont be any more freaking yo yo's!!!!

Morning ladies... totally forgot to weigh this morning.... hell i probably forgot on purpose at some sort of subconscious level, considering i'm almost certain if i did weigh i would have seen a gain.... when i weighed friday night i was down too 185.8... with all the food, cake, beer, champaing and mixed drinks i consumed saturday from the two weddings i attended i'm certain i'm up.... but i'll flush with water, water, and more water today for hopefully a decent weigh in tomorrow....

good morning... i'm still fat... LOL... no but seriously... 187... i havent lost anything this week... BLAH and i dont see it happening over the weekend.... i got two weddings tomorrow... both with open bar... it's definetly not gonna happen... hell i'll be happy if i dont gain over the weekend!

Tryin2loose.... girl i am with yah.... i'm too close to 200... our goals are so similar... bout January 08 i was down to 177... it was nice...

anywho... i'm still sitting between 186 and 187... i dont think i am going to see any loss this week... i was hoping to be closer to getting under 180 but the start of October... but that doesnt seem like it's gonna happen... so OH WELL... i still havent had the oppritunity to start a gym membership... i decided i want to go back to school... so i am prepping for the LSAT in december so i can start law school next year... prepping for that damn admission test has consumed all my extra time... but for me it weighs more importantly to me than the gym... so hey, what do ya do!

on Lynn i've been meaning to ask... did you and your new bo get married?.... i've been reading stuff bout honey moons... but missed the post about the wedding... LOL... i want details... LOL... seeing as wedding bells arent ringing for me just yet... me and mine are still adjusting to living together and being in a SERIOUS RELATIONSHIP.... LOL

Morning all... weight was down to 186.0 this morning... i need to get back to my loss mode i was in... it was just melting off for a bit... and then yo-yo!

Lynn, girl i know the cycles.... when i read you weight today my mouth dropped... but if i havent learned anything else about you i've learned this... you have a threshold... yah you might backslide, but you will only backslide so much... so i know your getting it together.... cause you TAKE CARE OF BIZZNESS!!!! LOL

Cris i hope whatever is going on with you.... you are OKAY.... i just suggest whatever guilt or disappointment you are feeling in yourself you let it go and move forward... you can only beat yourself up for so long!!! Be blessed!!!

Sorry i never made it on yesterday to report weight... but given i had "bad" news i wasnt to pressed to sign on yesterday! I cant really think of anything that i did this weekend to have my weight up... we had a pizza party sunday for my son's bday... i ate quite a bit, but i had yogurt and fruit for breakfast and since the pizza party was from 3-6 i didnt eat lunch... oh well...

I've been cramping for the last two days for no reason... my period is at least eight BC pills away... LOL... if it doesnt subside in a day or so i'll be making a doc appt... 

there were so many post i couldnt catch up... But i did see we have a bday girl in the bunch... HAPPY BELATED BDAY SARAH!!!

Hey ladies... i'm a bit confused about what we're doing for the bigest looser.... are we watching the show, cause i'm all over that... and then what?!?!?!

my weight this morning was up from my monday weigh in... feeling bloated today, TTOM isnt anywhere near close, so all i can blame it on is the oversized Chipolte burrito i had for the dinner... oh and the three Bud Ice's along with it... there is no way i can be up almost three real lbs in less than 24hrs.... this mornings weight was 187.4... after i finish my afternoon diet coke (i gotta have some caffine 1st thing in the morning and mid afternoon) i'm drinking nothing but water to flush... and i'll have some red tea tonight!!!

Angie, i think cutting out soda is an awesome idea... when i switched from regular to diet i dropped a few pounds quick... i wonder how much i could drop if i cut out the diet stuff too?!?!?

Lynn, sounds like them donutholes did you in girl... i know the feeling... girl went toe to toe with some chocolate chip cookies a few weeks ago... and the cookies won.. LOL... but you're a fighter... you'll be back on track and kicking but in no time girl... hell i dont see how you do half you do already... no way i wanna try on your shoes... LOL

amadie, thanks for the protien info! and Cheese quesidilla's are one of my ultimate favs, good for you to only finish 1 and a half... i woulda scarfed that thing down like a two year old on birthday cake!!!

and Cricket biggest looser is one of the many reality shows they run in the States... but it's one of the few that are worth watching.... but i really am only interested in the beginning when the contestants are at their biggest and havent quite found their inner power and drive... watching that transformation from just a contestant trying to win some money and loose some weight fast too the dedicated and determined person they become is so freaking awesome!!!! but once the transformation occurs then it's just watching people work out..... LOL... not as fun anymore for me!

Amandief... congrats on getting under 220.... now true enough yo=yo's can happen... our bodies fluctuate water and all that nonsense.... but girl, dont wallow in negativity... it's good to be realistic and know that you've gotta keep pushing or you will see unwanted numbers again... but at the same time girl enjoy the feeling of success and knowing that you are doing the work to get to your goals....

Weighed in at 185.8 this morning... it's looking like a small loss this week again... so far i'm not even down half a pound... monday's weight was 186.0....  i wanna get under 180 so bad i can taste it... LOL... per-say.... LOL...

On a personal note... my son started a new school... and once again he is Mr. Popularity and acting a clown in class... Oh i hate this Tween stage... and i know it's only beginning... the little sucka has a bday coming and i told him... you sure are acting like you dont want anything for your bday... cause when i was a kid and my bday and christmas where leering ahead... i was on my BEST BEHAVIOR... do you know this boy ROLLED HIS EYES... LAWD GIVE ME STRENGTH!!!!!

Morning you guys... i couldnt get a break monday to log my weekly weigh in.... and my job has me busier than over active bowels these days.... i havent been able to read up on your post so i hope everyone is doing awesome... i can't say i'm extremely pleased with my final weight for the week.. i was hoping to get under 186... but .8 is almost a full pound which is good for a weekly weight loss... i went a little crazy on the BBQ over the holiday and i made a huge pot of Gumbo on Monday and ate like a FAWT girl... LOL... had some beer and tequila... so i'm sure that is why i didnt loose more... i'm just happy i didnt gain!!!!

Lynn... My son went back to school today, he seems to have a little bit of a cough still, but is pretty much better... we go back to the doctor next week, i'll see about the flu shot for him then... might even get one myself this year... i never have cause the flu stran changes every year... and i wonder if the flu shot makes us less immune... ya know like antibiotics... after so long these bugs and viruses get ammune to our little treatments and we need stronger and stronger drugs!

Am, dont get down on yourself, we all do the yo- yo thing... this time last year i was 191... got down to almost 180 and then fell off completely and jumped up to 195... it's like i'm starting all over again... so i totally feel your pain!!!!

Lynn... not only are you a talker, girl you're a TYPER... LOL... i cant type that long of a response to anything... LOL

this morning i weighed in at 186.0... that's almost a lb down from Monday's weight at 186.8... i'm geeked!!!!

morning folks... weight this AM was down a little more... 186.6... i got a sick kiddo at home.. seems like this time of year with the change in seasons and start of school my son catches whatever bug is going around... anyways... congrats Lynn on your loss... and everyone else congrats on your progress as well... i'll be honest i was looking for bulleted post with everyone's progress and Lynn's the only i saw immediately... i gotta get as much paperwork done ast possible before i go back home to take care of my baby boy...

Good morning ladies.... the scale was nice to me this morning... 185.2... that's my gym weight... so now that i'm back down to my orginal starting point... i'm having mixed emotions about it.... had i kept focused i'd be could be down to 175 or less being that i peeked at 195.... i've lost 10lbs in 6 weeks... so i'm kind of pissed at myself for messing up... but then i'm proud of myself for stopping the gain before i crossed over into the 200's....

all this talk about tattoos makes me want to get another... i've got five already... my boyfriend has like 10.... i love tattoos... all of mine are in places pretty easy to hide!

my ultimate reward is to fit into my clothes... i'm got a but of 10's and 12's that i cant quite get into right now... back in 2006 when i got down to 167 i could fit into an 8... so i even have some 8's i'm dying to get in.... oh and of course going shopping and buying some new clothes!!!!

Hey yall.... weighed in this morning at 187.8... i thought i'd be lower than that cause when i weighed before bed i got the exact same reading... i'm pretty sure it's time for new batteries... so i'll be getting some this weekend when i make my adventure to Wally World...

To answer your question Lynn... My aha moment with weight loss was when i realized i'm Fat when i'm Happy and Skinny when i'm Sad.... i've got to find a way to not starve myself when i'm stressed and depressed and a way to not put everything that looks good in my mouth when things in my life are on the up and up... when things in my life on the up and up... my weight is on the up and up... then i'll reach a certain weight... and be like OH GOD i've gotten fat... and soon i get sad and stress diet... not sure if it's the realization that i've gotten fat that makes me sad or if it's truly what's going on in my life... seems like when i'm at my highest weight something happens to put me in a depressed mood as well and i start loosing... for example when my dad dead i was 210.... at that time i was like OH HECK NO... i've gotten fat... and i was grieving his death... so it's kind of an aha... but still not quite figured out...
