4/20 seems like a VERY aggresive date for almost 50 lbs! The best is 1-2 lbs per week...at that rate you are looking...

Just give it some time! There could be any number of reasons why the weight was up: you could be just retaining water...

I agree....make sure the bulk of the carbs are the better carbs....whole wheat/whole grain breads and pasta, rice...

hmmmm that's a hard one!

You could have just 'shocked' your body at first so there is a fast drop and it will even out...

hahah o my gosh. If I stepped on the scale everytime I felt like eating I'd go nuts! I fluctuate w/in a 7 lb range DAILY...

O hun!

You need AT LEAST 1200-1600 calories a day....just to keep organs functioning! You can't lose the weight...

I can't have a 'meal plan'....cuz 9 out of 10 I won't follow it. What I try to do is stay within my cal range (for me its around 2000...
