Just give it some time! There could be any number of reasons why the weight was up: you could be just retaining water... |

I agree....make sure the bulk of the carbs are the better carbs....whole wheat/whole grain breads and pasta, rice... |

hmmmm that's a hard one! You could have just 'shocked' your body at first so there is a fast drop and it will even out... |
