My Account : What is tagging and how should I use it? (FAQs)
Think of tags as bookmarks with benefits. First, they allow you to re-access any food, activity, recipe, or forum topic that you have tagged (bookmarked) in the past. This way you are effectively creating your own little webspace within this website, where you keep the information that you find interesting within your reach. Additionally, tags can also be used to group several ingredients into a meal (i.e., grilled chicken salad). In order to do that, tag all the relevant ingredients with the same tag name. Then, when you want to log that meal, go to My Account/Tagged Items and click on that tag.
