My Account : Logging of foods not available in the database (FAQs)

Even though we have one of the largest food databases on the web, occasionally you won't find the exact item you are looking for. In that case, you still have the option of manually entering that item's name and nutritional information into your food log.

Manually entered food items can be tagged, retrieved and analyzed in the same way as the database items.
