My Account : How can I accelerate the process of logging? (FAQs)

There are several different ways:
  • By tagging items and then retrieving them from the list of Tagged Items
  • By grouping individual ingredients into a meal and then entering them all at once (especially helpful with salads and similar items). As discussed earlier, this is done by applying identical tag names to all the ingredients.
  • By using the "Add Again" icon in the food log table. This way, you can re-log items that have been logged recently without having to search for them again.
Generally, what makes logging tedious is the search for food items; once the food is located, adding it to the food log takes comparatively very little effort. Therefore, as you build up a history of logging, you will be able to retrieve most of the items you consume without having to search for them, resulting in a significantly reduced time spent logging foods.
