General : Why count calories? (FAQs)
Counting calories is hands-down the most efficient way of planning and tracking weight loss as well as weight maintenance. Essentially, you must make sure you eat as many calories as you burn daily to maintain your weight, or, eat less than you burn to shed excess weight.
You can use our calorie allowance and expenditure tools to determine how many calories your body burns daily, or how much is needed to lose weight.
