Started a group for this because I didn't see one...

I'm doing the plan, and would like to meet others who are on the plan or have completed some portion of it.

I started the fourth week today! =) I like the plan a lot, it helps me not to end up bored of routine and dropping it...

I didn't know about that group...I'm joining now =)

I'm just on day four.

I agree about the boredom thing.

It's like I know what exercises I could be doing...and I'd do them, for a while.

The plan makes the exercise more worthwhile to me, cause I get to tic it off the list. Lot's of satisfaction there.

So far, so good.

I just realized today, I've lost 1.7 kg - almost 4 lbs - in this 3 past weeks so, around a pound per week...cool =)

At the point where I am, I have some workout that are really hard, the kind that makes you think "this is torture please stop!" half through it hahaha but when you finish..it's like heaven =)

I hope more people try it, because it's really good =)
