Now at the beginning of July, weighing in on July 1 at 135.2 lbs.  I have lost a total of 19.8 lbs!  I can see the veins and muscles in my arms...my thighs don't jiggle as much...my stomach has more definition, is slightly flatter, but still jiggles more than I want.  I am aiming for a final goal of 128-130.

Thanks for putting up your success stats! Its quite a journey you've had. Appreciate you responding to the post thanks again and all the best with the rest of your goals.

You're welcome.  I thought someone should reply to your thread since you went to the trouble of starting it.  I feel I'm luckier than  some of the people on this site...I've never hit a plateau, never had any sort of "bad days" or "binges", never felt like I was doing anything drastic or that I was "on a diet".  I look better than I have in a long time and feel better too.  Good luck on reaching the rest of your goals too!
