Celebrating.

So. I shop in both the mens and womens department for jeans. I like girls' jeans on me because I find them slimming.

I used to be a 12 or a 14 about 2 years ago. I went shopping with my friend Seth this weekend (he also wears girls' jeans, haha) and I had been avoiding girls' jeans for a while now because I felt so chubby and gross. Well. He TOTALLY forced me into trying some on and lo and behold I fit into a 7. And not only fit, but they are a bit loose on me. I could probably get into a 5 but I don't wear jeans quite that tight hahaha. I can wait for that.

I just can't believe it. It's insane.

I've lost 15 lbs in the past couple months. My goal weight is 140, and I'm 158 right now. 5'6". I wonder how small I'll be at my goal weight if I've actually gotten down to this size and I'm still considered just a bit overweight. It's just very exciting to start feeling so good about myself after all this time.

Ug..girl's jeans on a guy are not attractive AT ALL. However, congratulations on the weight loss.

I guess everyone has their own opinions on what they think is attractive.

I personally wear girls' jeans because I cannot find guys' jeans that are fit in a similar way. Skinny jeans are not flattering on me, but the tightness in girls' jeans on certain parts of my legs look good.

I think other guys' that wear girl jeans are hot, too, but, hahahaha. I guess that's just me.

If you're gay, then you're allowed to wear girl's jeans. Maybe should have clarified that. =P And that's fine too-- don't ever think it isn't.

The only problem is that girl's jeans are made with no extra room "down there".. so wouldn't that get uncomfortable? XD

It depends on the guy, and the cut of the jeans, and your comfort level really. I can't imagine anyone would buy anything that they so intensely uncomfortable in. In girls' jeans for many reasons I tend to get them a little bit big on me so I don't feel so restricted in my movement.

Honestly though - most guys? As long as there isn't like a half inch of zipper room there and they're wearing jeans that fall on their hips, there isn't going to be a problem. Don't let them tell you otherwise, hahaha, they're just boasting.

i think it's awesome!  a guy wearing girls jeans...  why not?  hey!  if they fit better  :D  i used to wear mens jeans.  i'm a little surprised you would even try them on in the 1st place, but i know exactly what you mean.  if they look better on you, wear them!

It's been a pretty big trend within the hardcore/emo music scene for the last 5 years or so. haha

Congrats!  Fitting into a smaller size is always a great feeling.

I think there are plenty of guys who look good in women's jeans.  I once had a friend (oddly enough, also named Seth!) who looked better in girls jeans than I did!

Must be something about Seths, hehe.
