make sure they're 2 pounds, not 3, I don't want to get bulky
There is something I've been meaning to ask you spiro - if I walk on the treadmill for 12 hours and only eat 13 calories a day, can I loose 11lbs by the weekend? I want to look good in my spandex for our bicycle meet on Saturday.
Edit: forgot to add, I will be carrying my 2lb dumbells while I walk, if that makes a difference?

Wait, I know that pilates counts as weight lifting, but I didn't realize the Master Cleanse does too! Woohoo - spicy lemonade, here I come! (do you think the cayenne works in cranberry juice, too? or would cranberry cocktail be better?)

I didn't even think of that but now that you said it, I can't fit into the very same jeans I was wearing earlier today. Did I just gain 2lbs of muscle?
did you do 200 crunches yet? that's how you burn the fat off your stomach.
No way. Crunches don't do anything to increase muscle. Instead, let me just put this electric belt around your wait. Five minutes of that a day and you'll have a six pack! ;p
