Celebrations.

Ok.  this dosent' have to be something big.  but sometimes i need to tell someone that i can now do a real hand stand/ spring :) or that i can finally do that technique that has been up till now too hard (for me, the High Circle throw... like a fireman's carry.  VERY proud of myself)

Today i do have a big one though.  but i don't want it to set the tone for this thread... but still.  gotta say it.

i got my black belt last night.  it is so pretty! it is dark and crisp, and has my name embroidered in gold thread.  and i am super proud to wear it.

ok.  i'm ready to celebrate again.  the scale said 124 this morning.  wow! that is 48 lbs lost! 5 lbs from goal.  wow!!!
