Has anyone found that their cellulite has gotten worse or returned since doing this program?

My legs look worse now then they did before I started.! Cry

sorry- no. i only have positive results from this program so far (im in stage 4...)

 

Have you lost alot of weight?  Maybe it is from that and your skin has just not caught up yet.  Sometimes it takes a while for the skin to catch up.   Are you drinking enough water? 

Drink a lot of water.  Leigh Peele recommends a gallon a day.  I can't seem to get that much in, but I manage 2 to 3 liters.  I read that fat can look strange right before it's about to disappear.  It can get marbled and lumpy.  Drinking water helps.  Retaining water can also mask the visible evidence of fat loss.  The fat cells empty of their contents, but fill up with water.  Again, drinking water helps flush this out.  I have a one liter water bottle that I carry around with me.  My goal is to fill it and drink it 4 times a day, but I usually only get       2 1/2 to 3. 

I lost about 40 pounds but that was over a year ago and I've just been maintaining since then.  My skin/legs looked great last year and now I don't know what the deal is.

I get a decent amount of water.  The only thing I drink is water and I usually fill my bottle about 3 times and then have more water in the evenings. 

I mean my thighs have gotten bigger since I started the program (praying it is muscle :) ) so I didn't know if that is why or what......

I can't imagine it would be fat.... unless you are eating a ton of calories and since you say you've been maintaining your weight.... it can't be fat.

I'd say you gained a little muscle and as Laura said you are about to lose some more fat from your legs.
