Welcome! This is a group for those of us in Central Iowa that are either working on losing weight or maintaining the progress we have already made. We can share ideas, places to visit around Des Moines and Cental Iowa, and just be a great support for each other. It is great to have a support group that allows you to express your successes as well as when you have had a down time. Remember, it is a journey and can only be a failure by quitting. I for one am looking forward to making new friends on this journey and being able to have others to share with.
