It seems like besides a veryy small list

[[[[[[1)Wheaties

2)PLAIN cheerios

3)Special K

4)Corn Flakes]]]]]

that all cereals have over 4grams of sugar

AND,.,counting that list of 4,.that all cereal is at least 100 calories per 3/4CUP!!! i cant eat only 3/4 cup cereal for breakfast,.,i wont be full at all but already have 140 calories and 22grams of sugar (counting milk) for honey nut cheerios

and if i ate the size bowl i wanted of HNcheerios,.that would add up to like 450 cals and 50g sugar.,,.WOWWW.,.and i used to eat 2 BIG BOWLS,.,.900 cals and 100g sugar just for HN cheerios and SKIM MILK omggg

I find 1/2 cup of Fiber One plus one 4oz container of lowfat yogurt a really super awesome filling breakfast.  I had to get away from cereal with milk because I'll always overeat it-- I swear it is like a drug to me!

fiber one honey clusters has 210 calories, 14g of fibr (56% of your daily intake), 5g of protein, and only 6g of sugar for 1 and 1/4 cups and it's FILLING.

also, honeycomb cereal has 120 calories for 1 and 1/2 cups, but only has 1g of fiber, like 11g of sugar and not very much protein. it's not packed with nutrients, but it's alot, it's low cal and it's pretty filling.

both cereals are low in fat.

or, you could always try quaker, high-fiber wildberry medley oatmeal. YUM!

Switch to one of the Kashi cereals, or to a high fiber cereal.

And, if 3/4 a cup is too small, have more -- just plan for it. (I always have a cup).

I save calories by adding 1/2 cup of unsweetened Almond Breeze instead of fat free milk (it's half the calories!)

=^..^= MOLLY

yeah cereal with milk is like a drug to me too...its so delicious and cold and crunchy...arrgghh im sure i just tortured all of us with that! anyways, yeah, why do you HAVE to have the 3/4 cup serving? eat a whole cup! did you know that when your plate/bowl is full, it makes you feel more satisfied to eat it all because it looks like you're eating more? and most regular bowls hold a cup of whatever? so splurge and have a whole cup of cereal! or mix the delicious naughty cereals with a boring one, thats what i do. 1/4 cup of high sugar bad for you but oh so yummy cereal with 3/4 cup of anything boring but low cal, haha, like the 4 that you listed, or fiber one anything because its VERY filling and low cal. also likemolly said, the kashi golean crunch cereals are to DIE for and so filling! almond breeze is sooo good but has almost no nutrients :( dont let the name fool you. it comes from almonds but there's not much protein. 8th continent light original soymilk is also low calorie and SO CREAMY and has the same amount of protein as skim milk but with about half the calories!!

i hope im not talking too much but cereal and milk is my downfall...literally. it is my only weekness. the only!! so i have been in the same boat as you...i actually still am. but just one more thing. did you know breakfast ideally should be the highest calorie meal of the day (of course, that also means the most filling)? think about it: when do you use most of your energy? between breakfast and mid afternoon! in america for some reason people make dinner their highest calorie meal, but it doesnt make sense because how much energy (=calories/carbs) are you using between dinner and bedtime? hardly any! so eat more cereal for breakfast!! you should at least be consuming 300 calories (depending on your daily allowance) for breakfast! so as long as you make sure they are nutritiously packed (i.e. fiber one cereal) eat away!!!

porrige with lots of sweetener/sugar - u dont even need milk and its so thick and deeeeeeeeeeelicious
porridge lol
Per Serving: 5 grams of less of sugar: -Fiber One -All Bran Extra Fiber -All Bran Original -Shredded Wheat (reg. or spoon sized) -Cherrios -Total Corn Flakes -Total Whole Grain -Wheaties -Product 19 -Corn Flakes -Crispix -Rice Krispies -Special K -Corn Chex -Rice Chex -Bran Buds -Complete Oat Bran Flakes -Frosted Mini Wheats -Fruit & Fibre Dates, Raisins & Walnuts -Grape-Nuts -Kashi Mighty Bites (Honey Crunch)
Ok I just found another cereal for you: here is the RUN DOWN: Perky O's Original: (3/4th of a cup) Calories: 120 Carbs: 28 grams Fiber: 3 grams Sugar: 2 grams Fat: 1 gram No Trans fats! ** You can totally have 2 servings of this because WOAH: low sugar alert! haha! Perky O's Cinnamon (3/4th of a cup) Calories: 140 Carbs: 27 grams Fiber: 2 grams Sugar: 7 grams Fat: 2.5 grams No Trans Fat! ** Ok I think one serving of this is fine, but maybe then you could mix a 1/2 a serving of the original in it, to get a bit more? Perky O's Frosted (3/4th of a cup) Calories: 140 Carbs: 27 grams Fiber: 2 grams Sugar: 8 grams Fat: 3 grams No Trans Fat! ** Same thing here, take some of this and mix it with another cereal that is a lot more bland and has less calories: these are just like frosted cheerios!!! :)
I love Kashi Go Lean, the normal kind not the crunchy / strawberry added ones.

Good amount of fiber and protein. I sometimes even eat a cup with no milk just finger food while I'm watchin a movie instead of popcorn or somethin.

Also, the Kashi Go Lean hot cerial tastes GREAT, has less calories than oatmeal, more fiber, and more protein and has a higher volume for the cals when cooked.  Also, you dont need to use a stove or milk.  Just add 1/3 cup of water and microwave it for ~2 mins and its perfect :)  maybe add a bit of cinnamin if ya want.
