cereal combinations!
Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone had yummy cereal combos.
I've recently been loving
honey nut cheerios mixed with frosted flakes, or
honey bunches of oats with uncooked oats mixed in!
yummmmmmm.
i like honey not cheerios with special k mixed in, the regular kind not the ones with berries. yummy. or kix with honey bunches of oats.
I mix all my cereals with corn flakes it makes it less sweet. i love corn flakes but not so nutritional. booo
Honey Nut Cheerios (1/4 cup) and Kashi Go Lean (2/3 cup). Totally yummy, plus fiber and protein. I always sprinkle on a little Splenda because I like it on the extra sweet side.
I love doing cearel combos! I never just eat one cereal anymore. One of my favs:
fiber one, weetabix, and wheat bran. its delicious!
I also enjoy:
cheerios, kashi heart to heart, kashi go lean and wheat bran. :) so yummmy
People think I am crazy when I tell them I mix my cereal. I would mix almost anything but try to stay healthy so it is wheat flakes mixed with puffed wheat and sometimes rice crispies or special K.
i use to mix captain crunch with frosted flakes. it grossed out my roommates but it was really good!
I actually dislike all very sweet cereals except granola. So mine would be granola + something mild like bran twigs. Though I love the twigs by themselves too XD
GoLean and Honey Kix over Frozen Cinnamon Fage!
I like to add Honey Bunches of Oats to my oatmeal on occasion. I do it with GoLean Crunch as well. :P
I mix fiber one and special K protein together for a snack to munch on without milk. It's one of my favorites!
In my old school overweight days i once mixed up some trix (when they were fruit, before they were just 'balls') and then i forgot what i was doing and mixed them with the Oreo O's. After i did it i was like "What have i done?!?!?" Dis i eat them anyway? Heck yeah and it was awesome!!!! Would i do it again, probably not.
I mix Special K Protein Plus and Fiber one together too!!! I love a high fiber low sugar high protein mix! I think Special K Pro Plus might be in danger of being d/c'd! its so hard to find anymore!
I also like to snack on Arrowhead mills Kamut or wheat puffs and Kixx, you can get so much cereal for low calories.
My current favorite mix is 28g of General Mills Total (whole grain flakes) with 15g of Keebler Cookie Crunch, with a half cup of 8th Continent Light Original soy milk poured over it. I also did the same thing with Coco Puffs Combos. 180-200 calories for those.
i usually do like 1/2 cup fiber one with less than 1/4 cup cheerios and 1/2 cup skim milk. Or sometimes i'll mix 1/2 cup fiber one with 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese (sooo good, especially mixed with cinnamon).
Sometimes it's OK totext in a restaurant.
