Basically exactly what the title says! Since Summer officially begins on June 21 or 22, can't exactly remember, that's when the challenge will end. For now, I'm thinking around 30-40 people for the challenge?
You don't have to have 30 lbs to lose to join the challenge, anyone can, thus i added the reach your goal weight by summer to the title.
People can weigh in everyday and post what they've ate everyday, but we will have official weigh-ins every saturday morning. (starting next saturday the 12th.)
My goal is to lose around 25 lbs. I used to be 125 ish in september, but then binged.. a lot, and am now 145ish. I need some motivation to get back into dieting and I believe this challenge is the perfect way.
So sign up! :)
(Btw I chose 30 lbs because I was thinking 5 lbs a month for six months till summer hits. But of course, you can lose more..hopefully!)
