hello all! Sorry I haven't been on here since monday. As you probably understand, I've been upset and just didn't want to have to deal with calorie count. I didn't even count my food stuffs since then. Although i've been eating pretty healthy and not really over my calorie count... i find i eat super healthy until about 630. then i just cave in lol. or rather... i get bored and eat. boredom is a very very bad thing... i'm hoping to spend more time visiting friends and trying out aqua fit at the gym and stuff... that way i spend less time at home alone... more time doing something. when my fiance is home i snack less. having social interaction keeps me less bored. So today i'm going to try out aqua fit!! maybe next week if my body is up to it (after my training session) i'll try out kick boxing or something. :) :) I also have to visit with my doctor... :S ... since i'm just not losing weight. i have to do the dreaded thyroid tests... boo.
in other news. i've booked an appointment on monday to have my rabbit go for an exam at a vet... get his nuts snipped off lol. lol.

ah ha! victory is mine! I'm in the final days of TTOM so I decided to risk it and weigh in this morning.....149.8! woohoo back into the 140s for the first time in like 2.5 weeks! now I just have to keep it there somehow...
EDIT: also, my jeans now fit better right when I take them out of the wash rather than when I've been wearing them for a while!

HEY GUYS! i've been MIA.. i have been running away from the wagon. i mean, SPRINTING... i launched myself off the wagon. Go go go.. well, i've gained weight and blah blah but i'm not real worried. i'm just trying to finish up the school year and not worry about it for now. i don't know, i'm just not motivated to do anything to lose weight right now. i'm hopping back on the wagon once i get home, but i feel like it's taking way too long to get there. i dont want to gain too much! i don't think i've gained a lot, but i'm feeling chunkier. i wanted to pop in and tell everyone what's up. i'm not sure if i'll be on much the next week cause i have finals.. but after that i'll be back to the 10 posts a day on the thread, teehee! i feel like such a let down, and i'm sorry. i don't even know what i'm doing. hope everyone is doing well.. i miss this place!
ok so i'm starting to feel guilty and i have no idea how much i weigh. i'll weigh in tomorrow and show you guys just how bad i've been being. and why you should keep up the good work!

I'M BACK LADIES I'M BACK! also, i think my weight is a combo of salt-induced retaining and still having food in my system.. i know i'm super behind now and i won't be anywhere near goal, but i'd rather be back on track, than gain more weight. <3

lmao!!! I have that song on my Ipod all the while that Elliptical is kicking my butt. That one and "She's a Maniac" Haha but it's good. My muscles are sore for the first time in a while so I must be doing something right because they haven't been in quite a while. Come on ladies what's going on!!! Surfer girl what's going on with your internship??? Pink how's that personal trainer going??? Blink when do you get to go home??? Yaya as long as you count for yourself how much you eat you don't need to worry too much. You can rationalize that an entire cup of sugary, milky chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream is nothing but empty calories that you feel guilty about later, or you could eat a half a cup of sorbet and feel no guilt whatsoever because you only consumed 90 calories. Just have to be rational. Hard. I know. I struggle too. I am a snacker/stress eater/soda-lover. I have been ran over by the weightloss wagon previously. But you better believe I'm DRIVING that sucker now!!!!!! I've not had any chocolate or fast food for a few days now even with all the girls at work parading all kinds of sweets past me. I allow myself one indulgence. It was a mountain dew yesterday. It's a one hundred calorie pack of sweeties tomorrow. I'm thinking of what I want as a treat for sunday. I always give myself a 150 calorie leeway. I will fail miserably if not.
i weighed 127 later in the day.. is that weird? i feel like it must be sodium. i've been drinking LOTS of water today, yay, and i'm hoping ill be at like 125 tomorrow.

Happy Birthday to meeee!!!! down to 148.4! I lost some seriously H2O weight after this last TOM which is so awesome cause I was gettin a bit depressed there ;). BUT I am finally legal and for good this time. None of this going to other countries where I'm legal and then coming back home and not. This time it sticks! I'm gonna allow myself some indulgences today, but I'm gonna keep them in check :).
Blink stay strong chica. All that water weight will be gone before you know it and you'll be zipping back down in a blink <-- sorry. I had to.
Liz I start my internship on Wednesday! I'm so beyond excited. I mean, training beluga whales and doing cool research with them? Crazy cool. PLUS I'll be able to cook all my own food instead of a meal plan AND I can finally have time to start working out again! This whole not being able to make it to the gym b/c of finals etc. has been killing me.

liz: i'm going home in 4 days! wednesday the 13th after my last final i'm hightailing it to the airport and getting my ass back to texas! can't wait. it's always easier for me to lose weight there. my mom is a health nut and never has munchy foods in the house. while i live in a sorority house now, you can imagine all the junk constantly kept around for us. sometimes i truly believe this house is what makes me fat. hmph. :)

i ate WAY too much today. i mean like.. my breakfast was 1200 calories or more. :) whoops.. back on track tomorrow, i SWEAR! and i'm not eating anything more today. it is 9:30 so i guess that's nothing. i've been drinking massive amounts of water which is sure to help me control my intake, except i've decided i eat when i'm bored, and i'm bored A LOT! i have been holed up in my room to study for finals and that doesn't help at all.
weighed 126.0 this morning, despite my ridiculous intake. yay. :) how are you girls doing? also, i'm sorry i post about a hundred times a day, hehe. i don't have much of a life i guess.
