Challenge until September 4
My newly started Vancouver Weight Loss Group and I have started off on a challenge until our next meeting we will all try, depending on where we are at, to loose anywhere from 2 - 6 pounds.
The time period given is from our first meeting to our next which is August 21 to September 4.

I sure do. o.k. that leaves me 15 days. I will put nyself down for 3 lbs. not sure if i'll make it cause i'm lifting weights so it's hard for me to judge by scale by i'll use this as my movtivator.

Sounds great! I will lose 2 pounds (I'm taking it slow, so that I don't get upset if I don't make my goal). By Sept. 4th, I will be at 124/125 pounds.

I want to be down 10 but I'll set mine at 5, currently 140. I feel shamed seeing as I'm not even 5 foot. Ahhhh. Oh well, hitting up the gym tomorrow, counting my calories. :) See you guys on the fourth.
