Can't wait to get into the 160's--haven't been there since before I was injured in a serious car accident several years ago...my life has kind of been divided into "before car accident" and "after car accident."

Getting into the 150's is a huge battle for me right now. My life has been divided between before stroke and post stroke. I haven't seen the scale register in the below 160's since the year 1993 so I'm happy to be going down at all as I type this but good golly it's a struggle!

Seems like alot from 165(actually I weighed myself earlier this week and was at 163.5!) but in all fairness, I was up sick last night for like an hour at about 3 am (thank you, monthly visitor!). We'll see what I weigh for real in a day or two.(I kinda wish I could keep this number though).

not a single pound lost but I'm not giving up yet. Next week's target is 2lbs. I haven't been in the 120's in 2 years and I'm more determined then ever.

sorry to be late, new here and couldn't figure out to how to reply.
Worked out once last week, going to try for three times this week. I am going between 1100 to 1300 calories, very low fat, and if I have to eat another salad I am going to SCREAM.
Also, who knew a scone was 440 calories, regretted that breakfast, couldn't eat lunch.

I went down three the beginning of the week then up two so at least kept off 1 pound. I'll take it, thank you very much!:) I am going to keep plugging away at the same old same old for now. Reading every single lable of every single thing that goes in my mouth for now until I have it memorized and get outside and walk at least twice a week. Weather has been miserable.

I also have a question...the SW (starting weight) listed at the top of this page where it is seperated by height. Is this our Starting Weight for the challenge or Starting Weight from beginning?? Just curious cause mine actually was 118 when I started CC but when I started the challenge it was 114 which is what is posted by by name, then I saw someone else's that says SW 189 CW 160? I'm a bit confused...
My current weight 128.5

Danilaz-----Some people have there starting weight from the beginning of the challenge posted and some have there starting weight from when they started there diets.
Personally I have my starting weight from when I started this challenge posted. I was 140 when I started but my posted weight above is 133. So, it varies......
I just wanted to add, that I have lost 2 inches in my waist and I am so happy! I would do a back flip If I knew how.
