Should I change my acitivity level?

Ever since I've started rying to maintain, I've continued losing, just at a slower pace.  I find it very difficult to eat over 2000 calories when my burn meter says I only need 1930, even though I'm positive this is false.  So today, I decided to change myself to 'Moderately Active'.

Do you think that someone who is a student, works out about 3 times a week (intense cardio, and then strength) plus goes for walks some evenings would count as "moderately active"?  Even if almost every second spent not doing one of these activities is spent reading or in school?

I just don't want to gain it back haha...thanks!

There does come a point where you have to take what the online calculators say and square it with 'real life'.... If you're losing on 2000 cals a day the bottom line is that you use more energy than that.  So add 200 or 300 cals and see how you get on.  If you keep losing, increase it again.  If you stop losing, you've probably got it right.

Few people eat exactly the same amount of food every day, day in, day out...  It sounds like you need to let go a little of the numbers and feel your way more based on how hungry you are and what your weight is doing.

Thanks.

I find it really hard to let go of the numbers...in my mind, without them, I got big, and I keep thinking that's what will happen again, although I am trying to listen to my body more, it's also hard...I rarely feel hunger, I just go from full to ravenous instantly.
