Should i change my goal weight??
I'm 5'4" just turned 20 =) and my goal was to go from 191 to 135, and im at 146, 11 pounds to go and i feel like 11 pounds isnt going to get rid of the rest of my belly, but then again all the weight seems to have came from everywhere else on my body then started comming on my stomach like towards the end, so maybe it will just all come off my stomach?? is 11 pounds more than i think it is?? haha
How long have you been plateaued at 146? Not knowing you, if you are comfortable at 146 then by all means, just try maintaining. However, by your statements, you seem to want to rid the rest of your belly...Again, not knowing you, I can't see what that means.
How long did it take you to go from 190 to 146? The first thing you should do is write a book about it, weight loss for teens, the True Lyss Marie Story and make millions of dollars.
In all seriousness, what did you do to lose what you lost? This is remarkable and you should share it with the world and shout it from the rooftops.

11 pounds probably is more than you think. Here's some perspective: 11 pounds is
a very, very large baby
a small turkey
bigger than a gallon milk jug
That being said, if you want to adjust your goal weight down a bit, 125-130 should still be fine for someone 5'4"

My initial goal weight was 120 pounds from an all time high of 165.. Currently I'm only 12 pounds away from my goal weight, but like you I am also in a dilemma. I doubt that 12 pounds will be sufficient since I still have a pretty big belly and I think I won't look as good as I want to be at 120 pounds!
So I adjusted my goal weight to be 110 (I'm only 5"1') and I'm hoping to get there in a few months.. But haha 11 pounds, a very very large baby! So hm yeah 11 pounds can be a lot, eh :) I sometimes know that the numbers don't really mean much, it's how I feel and look that should be more important but sometmes it's so easy to just rely on the numbers... Oh well, one step at a time then :)
just be careful...weight loss can become an obsession and spiral out of control, leading us to do terrible things to our bodies. monitor your loss, and at some point maybe switch your focus from pounds to muscle tone and definition :) congrats on losing so much all of you !!
