I'm proud that i've been working with a personal trainer (starting from once a week to now twice a week) and I feel great after working out with her.

I've also bought an excercise ball and work out with that on my own!
I pay attention to what I'm putting in my mouth! And I haven't drank soda in over a year, except when I desperately need the caffiene (maybe once every other month or so). It doesn't even taste good to me now.

I love this thread idea!
They aren't all for weightloss, but I'm proud of a lot of stuff I did in the last year.

1) quit smoking (march 18th, will be 1 year)
2) started exercising - I run about 31 miles a week now.
3) started watching what I ate - incorporating more fruits and veggies.
4) drink plenty of water - I easily drink 150 oz. per day.
5) gave up caffeine at the end of October.
I'm proud that I'm educating myself about nutrition. I ate so mindlessly before and now I'm actually analyzing the content of what I'm eating and trying to choose things that are best for my body.
  1. I drink water now
  2. I abstain from eating chocolate
  3. I eat a sufficient amound of protein now
1) I fit dairy into my diet every day. :)
2) I've traded my cookies and hot cocoa for fruit and green tea.
3) I've become much more active, and the whole household seems healthier for it. (Healthier meals + cleaning the house more often = good for everyone! :D)

1. Gave up on chocolate completely - and trust me I couldn't go a day without a lot of chocolate!

2. Lost 17lbs in the last 30 days

3. Decided to commit to getting thin for the last & final time!!!
Exercise routine... I am not a couch potato by nature but I have definitely struggled with a regular routine and now I'm making it a point by eliminating excuses!
