Yes. If you scroll down in Food Log you will see where it says Date Range. Just change it to the date you want, then click on Display Report. Make sure when you add in foods that you choose that the date matches (you will change it again in the box above where you click on Add To Food Log.

Hope that helps. You can do the same thing with the Exercise Log.

thank you, buggy hair, for your reply.

i have another question-

if i can't find a food with the search function can i make up a name and assign calories to it and have it somewhere i can access it like my in recipes?  i know i can make up recipes.  that i can do.  but can i make up an ingredient?  this evening i had a friend's desert.  i can guess at the dozen ingredients but it would be easier if i could just create a food, like friend's fruit cocktail, and call it 150 calories of carbohydrate?

thanks in advance.

Ray

You can pass the nutritional information on to CC & ask them to put it in to the food browser, but because they wait until they have a whole bunch to do at once, it may take a while.

What I do it is try and find something that nutritionally is very close to what I want & use that one instead. What food were you looking for in particular? Clairelaine is one of the moderators for the recipes section & she is really awesome. I would suggest you send her a message and explain to her which food you are looking for. If she can't find it for you she will be able to find you the link for the best nutritional match.

preciate yo, guy!

i'll try clairlain
