Indian garbanzo bean recipe, very plain.
| 1 | onion |
| 2 | tomatoes |
| 1 | tsp cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tbsp garlic |
| 1 | tbsp ginger |
| 1/2 | tsp cayenne pepper |
| 2 | Jalapeno peppers |
| 1 | clove, whole |
| 1 | cup Chickpeas |
- fry the onion with oil
- add salt
- later add cumin, ginger, garlic, cloves, peppers and cayenne
- let it cook for about 6 minutes
- add chopped tomatoes
- let it simmer for about 10 mintues
- in a separate pot, cook soaked garbanzo beans. When they are almost soft enough add with sauce in pan
