Yes.  Well.  Somehow SC managed to pop "Dream Warriors" by Dokken on his Sansa.  [eye-roll please].  SC is thinking he might need a mental evaluation.
Not that I have any idea who Dokken is. :)

Thanks for reminding me *pops in her Tora Tora CD*

Hi SC & HK

You don't know who Dokken is?

80's hair rock/metal
{Kimne}

Ah. No, Kim, never heard of them. :)

For me, 80s mostly means New Wave music, as you may have gathered by the kinds of songs I use for the Chat :)

Why the eye roll SC?  That is old Dokken.

Well, then I don't feel bad not knowing who that group from Nomo's chat title last week.

You know that phrase "you can never go home again".  It's true.  I Rhapsody'd a bunch of music that I used to love and popped it onto my Sansa.  UGH! I cannot believe I used to listen to a lot of it. Especially some of the metal bands.  But I find that popping in some of the new wave/modern rock/top 40 stuff still plays well.
HK doesn't know Dokken?

Kids nowadays.  Sheesh.

Hiya everybody!
There are a FEW Things I listened to when I was younger I don't care for, now. Mostly, though, my playlists gains depth. I still love alot of what I liked 15 years ago. :)

I can see Howard as a Techno Pop kinda person (back in the 80's).

I still like some of the same stuff but yeah, some of it is like *rolls eyes*

What? You mean like.. Pet Shop Boys? And M*A*R*R*S? I like Pet Shop Boys, and "Pump Up The Volume".
It's a Sin and Opportunities are two of my favourite PSB's tunes, tho back then, as a die-hard headbanger, I would never have admitted to it.
*bought a Pet Shop Boys greatest hits CD in the early 1990s*

Silly band.

Remember Jesus Jones?  I liked them. I actually saw them at the 9:30 club. I have two or three of their CD's.

I still have the Pet Show Boys greatest hits.

My favorite is their Cover of Willie Nelson's song.."Always On My Mind"

But I also love, "Go West", "It's A Sin", "Opportunities", et. al.

Remember Chumbawamba? I have.. four of their CDs :)
Chumbawumba had four CDs?

Wow.

Robert Fripp is coming to the Egg.  I'm really tempted to get a ticket.
More than Four. I just have four of them. :)
Rober Fripp?
