Alright, this is how this chat goes.

We're aiming for as close to 1313 as possible without going over.

The chatter who gets post 1313 is stuck with bad luck for a year! A whole year!

Anyone who post over post 1313 not only gets bad luck, but gets to be mocked on Monday for NOT READING THE CHAT DIRECTIONS! If you are not here on Monday, then the mocking will commence when you return! You will not escape the mocking!

I didn't think the wimmenfolk would actually go thru with it.

Howard I'm having technical difficulties.  Its saying I'm only allowed to send 40 messages a day.  And I've only sent 3 today. : (

This wimmenfolk didn't.

It's not a per day thing, I think, kim. If you sent.. 37 of them after noon yesterday then they'll slowly return after noon today. It's 24 hours after you sent each message.
