I actually think some people feel less pain than others.  For me, it's not as much that I can handle a lot of pain, as that I think I experience less. 

I've walked around for hours with broken bones with relatively minor discomfort... I mean, it hurts, but not that bad.  You guys should have seen the bruises from the haunted hospital incident.  My sister thought I should have gone to the hospital, but I was giggling after it happened.

Ah yes.  The haunted hospital....apparently you are much braver than me as well.

I have actually thought of getting a Rose tatt on my ankle...

Yeah, Michelle, I almost fell through the floor of the hospital; came up with bruises about eight inches in diameter on both legs, and I thought for about a week that I might have cracked my left kneecap.  Came up laughing.  There's something wrong with me.

Of course, there was some Jack Daniels involved as well, but that doesn't totally account for it.
