I don't know what you mean by "cheat food." Are you asking for suggestions for what to overeat?

Perhaps a better mindset would be, what would taste good and not put my calorie count over maintenance? Get to know the nutritional value of the foods you love to eat and make some choices that are good tasting, stay within your calorie limit, and promote good health.

If you are here to lose weight, we also recommend that you learn to eat in a way that will last a lifetime. Don't cheat - plan.
well I guess pumpkin pie on thanksgiving is a good one, although I'm making a healthier version so I don't think of it as cheating, just yummy-ness
no, i meant foods that are low in calories and fat, but taste really yummy. Like some type of cookies or something.
Low fat, low calorie cookies?  You've gotta be kidding!  but I do know what you mean.  My favorite is fat free, sugar free chocolate pudding.  If I want real sugar, I have about 10 mini marshmallows - only about 2 calories each.
Meringue are pretty good, they usually come in several flavors, Mint Chocolate, Cappuccino, Mocha, Vanilla, Strawberry... pretty low cal.

Blue Bunny Sugar Free Fat Free Brownie Sundae is amazing too.
I guess these aren't real cheats, but things that I can eat a lot of without blowing my count. At first I tried cheats, but they always keep me hungry and I'd eat a whole bag thinking I was losing weight. My bad. So, please don't laugh at me, but if you need some nervous snacking materials, go for a cup of baby carrots or some celery with some no-fat or low fat dressing on the side. I work in a restaurant with extravagantly naughty pastries and cakes, so it's always in my face. Also good: kiwi, yogurt with fruit and walnuts, a cup of cereal ( a good one), oatmeal with raisins or dates, a slice of cheddar cheese (not American). These are the foods that keep me from freaking out and devouring a whole pie in front of my horrified customers. I also love switching sweet potato fries for regular ones and baking them instead - a lot of great vitamin E plus fiber, and a so little fat - just rub a touch of olive oil over them.
Sweet fruits work for me. Pears and rock melon, for instance, taste pretty sweet and have relatively high sugar contents for fruit but that still beats pigging out on "low fat" ice cream. Of course we all have our weak moments and at times like that I love Arnott's Snackright fruit slices, especially these: http://www.arnotts.com.au/varieties/Snackrigh tFruitSliceMixedBerry.aspx

Either way I swear by the 90/10 rule (its what you eat 90% of the time that makes the difference in your diet) so I don't have any "forbidden foods" (well maybe except for deep fried pork rinds :p) as long as I space these treats well within healthy eating habits
