What did you have for your cheat day/last cheat day?

I know some of us like to treat ourselves to stop us from binge eating in the future since our cravings can get much worse, and I know I do and I want to prevent from getting so hungry for what I want to eat & I found out that dramatically increasing metabolic intake can ensure the thyroid is working correctly. Today was a cheat day for me, and it fit perfectly and snugly into my diet without going my calorie limit! Hurrah, I had an original Berry Fulfilling at Jamba Juice and a footlong Subway Veggie Delite; my cravings are gone and I am back on track for tomorrow. Can't believe it fit so well though, came up with a 30%/48%/24% (Protien/Carbohydrates/Fat) with a good sugar score of around ~83 ;-).

Are cheat days ok to do? How often can you fully let go calorie-wise with it not making a difference? I think I'm getting anal about what I eat.

It's good to keep your body guessing. You may get a little metabolism bump when you throw in the bunch of calories (cheat) day in amongst the slow loss (calorie deficit) days.

I am having a harder time this week getting back on track this week since I overdid the sodium at my cheat and followed that up with overdoing it on the sodium on these lentils I made, and have been eating as a side dish this week. They are yummy, but one bullion cube (and not 3 or 4!) would have probably been fine considering I eventually went with a fluid reduction. I hate to waste them, so froze most and having a couple of tablespoons a day. So salty good.

Sorry to hi-jack your question.
