Is it okay to cheat at a Super Bowl Party?

I have a big Super Bowl party coming up. Can I not count calories for one night and still stay on track after?
Of course, you can choose to forego counting calories for the Super Bowl and get back on tract the next day. But consider this: People who maintain healthy weights usually don’t overeat at parties and special occasions. They don’t look for excuses to overindulge, and they try to keep it healthy. Their daily "diet" doesn't have an end point - it is simply their way of eating. Why not use the Super Bowl party as a chance to practice new behaviors? You can bring the healthy dish. Others will appreciate it.
