Did you cheat this weekend? what did you eat?
yesterday I enjoy I nice slice of cheesecake and 2 slice of pizza, maybe was too much but have to say after 6 days of clean eating and lot of exercise....... today can't wait to get to the gym...
Yes, but not on purpose! I brought my daughter out to denny's yesterday, and I ordered a "skinny moons" and a bowl of fruit. I think they made a regular moons over my hammy instead, it had loads of cheese on it. So I just logged a regular one which was like almost 700 calories I think!?!?!??! Ahh!! If I had known I was going to "cheat" I would have chosen something more yummy, like cheesecake!! lol. So yeah at least I was still below my maitenence at the end of the day!
Mmm, I went out for dinner on Friday night. I started with corn chowder and whole wheat bread, had red wine-braised short ribs served over a roquefort and bacon risotto with sweet and sour carrots, plus the wine pairing, and then for dessert I had fresh cinnamon and sugar donuts served over apple butter, with creme fraiche and apple cider. Holy tons of calories, but holy delicious and worth every bit!
MMM kcp, you're making my mouth water lol. That sounds absolutely delicious!
Yes, I did, but on purpose. I baked a strawberry-rhubarb pie...I only make these about once every 2-3 years, depending on my access to rhubarb. I had a beautiful slice with French Vanilla Cool-Whip. I counted it as my calories and IT WAS WORTH IT! (so worth it!)
I had one beer on Saturday and 2 beers yesterday. I also had a chocolate dipped pretzel rod. YUM!! Ah, but I did stay in my calories, BONUS!
I had the "hungries" last night, and ate one slice of organic, sprouted flax seed bread (50 calories), 100 calories of fat free turkey, and 20 calories' worth of dill pickles .... so I went over my daily limit by 170 calories.
(But I did burn 400 on the treadmill)
(and I still had over a 1000 calorie deficit for the day)
(Does that count as cheating?)
=^..^= MOLLY
on saturday i ate a king-sized pack of reeses peanut butter cups (360 cals) but i hadn't had a TREAT (that wasn't a binge) since like april sooo it was aloud.
and then yesterday had a mini-binge and wolfed down 2 peanut butter and banana sandwiches and an entire jerseymilk bar. didn't feel so good after that.
I overate at dinner three nights in a row. :x
Friday night I had seafood (shrimp, scallops, crap) fra diavolo over a crapload of linguine noodles--I ate less than half the noodles and was still stuffed, lol. But it was delicious.
Saturday night was really bad--I had seafood cioppino, which was pretty good, but I kept eating my sister's food too (she didn't eat much, but she had this tasty chicken), which included part of a tortilla and rice... ugh, I felt so stuffed afterwards. It was tasty, but I wish I hadn't eaten so much!!
Then LAST night we ate at home, and I was doing pretty well until I found myself binging on the leftover linguine from my Friday night dinner. I wound up feeling not quite as stuffed as Saturday, but still fuller than I would have liked to be.
I'm ashamed of myself... if it had just been one, or even two, big dinners, I would have said "It was worth it," but I feel like I just lost control over my portions. It was basically a public binge session. I still feel bad about it. :[
Just had to get that out of my system... bleh.
Lol YES, I did!
On Friday, I went to Olive Garden and they had the all-you-can-eat pasta! It was so good! I had the whole-wheat lingine a la marina w/ Minestrone soup and than after that I had the Fettucine Alfredo, which filled me up [Of course, I had breadsticks with the meal, sooo good].
And on Sunday, I went to iHop and had the Rooty-Tooty-Fresh Nd' Fruity. Yummy!
this weekend was probably my worst yet, but at the same time, it was the best. even thoug i had alot to drink and ate alot of gross pizza (5 slives in total all weekend) i had a great time. todays weigh in wasnt very nice, but it shold come off in a week if i do my normal routine
oh god...lets see

wow, I definetly cheated this weekend.. this is what I ate
Friday: special k w/ milk, egg sandwich, plum, 2 rolls w/ butter, turkey, salad w/o dressing, mashed potatoes w/ butter & salt & pepper, 3 kissable fun sized packs, a slice of lemon jello cake, 7 dove chocolate squares, 10-12 homemade cookies, and rice krispie treat. I'm probably forgetting something. ha.
Saturday: coffee, cheerios w/o milk, egg sandwich, 10 homemade cookies, 1 kissable fun sized pack, apricot chicken from Olive Garden, 3 and a half breadsticks from Olive Garden, Olive Garden salad, a few bites of tiramisu, a slice of lemon jello cake, a yogurt.
wow, I like deserts.
omg. for the past two weeks ive been doing bad on friday and saturday...and eeekkkk is it bad. I had spaghettii with sausage meat sause, doughnut, muffins, mint candy, lots of peanuts, chips a hoy cookies (so darn good) and I cant even think of what els...but to sum it up i wnent to 3000-4000 cals each day. The sad part is it that I wasnt stuffed....
this weekend i visited my family in PA and it was my aunts bday so on saturday i cheated and had alott of pasta and garlic bread and even a slice of cake..but i came home and still lost 0.6 pounds that weekend!
The better question would be , "what Didnt i eat" ..... which i think i ate everything but the mayo .. i hate mayo .. lol but .. everything else.. yep iam sure i had some ..
i think i lost my mind, i ate hallowwen chocolates, pizza, cake ummm...basically anything and everything, oh and about 6 beers throughout....after 6 weeks of hardwork, i feel awful and lathargic...nevermind the guilt....so, today it's eatring clean...this could be tough after opening the flood gates.
As I hit over 3000+ on both Sat and Sun I think you can say I didn't so much cheat as think WTF. Had pizza, donner kebab, BK Whopper and copious amounts of alcohol over the 2 days. Very healthy and nutritious NOT. lol
I had a friend pass away last week, so I took the weekend off. I just ate whatever I wanted, and I didn't do too badly.
The bad parts were the cheese (and lots of it), chocolate and alcohol.
However, I found that eating that stuff, I wasn't really hungry. I had some cold cuts for dinner one night, and some pasta on Sunday (and that was about it), but I think I certainly tanked in the nutritional category.
However, I'm back on CC and ready to be a good girl. :o)
I went to New York this weekend (I live in Ontario) - and was on the road for the whole weekend, so I had to eat in the car or on the run. I did make sure to prepare healthy sandwiches and and a lot of fruits to take with me, but after all my supplies were exhausted, I had to resort to whatever was available locally, and ended up eating a spicy hot dog at one point. The weekend was actually good food-wise, but Monday was my binging day (I binge when I don't get enough sleep) - so I was good until 5 PM, and then binged after dinner with a cup of mashed potatoes, roasted chicken, two PBJ sandwiches and some cereal (went over my regular req's by 500 cal's - but still 700 cal's under, so it's not that bad)
I went to a Japanese buffet restaurant on the weekend. While I tried not to be too bad, I'm sure I overdid it. Mmm...Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls, tempura fried calamari, fried chicken, I'm sure you get the idea.
Still, it's not the end of the world, as a student I tend to eat rather poorly during the week. :-p
