Hello fellow 30 somethings...I was doing sooo well today- had a plum and yogurt for breakfast then...3/4 cups pesto pasta and salad for lunch- of course couldn't resist that cookie calling my name. It is so hard to say no...HELP!

well as long as you don't make a habit of it you're ok. You can't live life never ever eating a cookie again ![]()
i say account for it in your calories and move on:)

Don't be to hard on yourself because if you are you're more likely to cheat more often,food guilt is bad that way.
I wouldn't consider it cheating...you have to allow yourself some comfort foods. If your like me, when I don't give in to a small craving...i overcompensate and have the whole dozen of cookies instead of just 1.
