Is it just me or does anyone else notice that if they click on peoples profiles, that those people are not only members of the weight gain group, but also members of the "Want to lose 10-20 lbs" or " Maintaining a health weight" groups?
Im not being a rat, but i just think that if people are here trying to gain (especially if they are recovering from an ed), it is not helpful to be a part of these groups too.
completeeely agree. 110%.
ther's so much b.s on here sometimes that its a wonder you cant smell it off the screen
I think I might be a part of some of those groups, too...when I first started on this site, I was overweight and trying to lose. The losing triggered a disorder, I lost too much, and now I'm trying to gain. I never really got into the whole group thing, and honestly, forgot I was a member of any of them. This could explain why some other people are in these groups, too.
Fair enough I guess! As long as the weight gain/ recovery groups are the ones you use now and not the old weight loss ones!
Yeah I agree, although I was part of a weightloss group even while trying to gain, but that was from when i first joined and wanted to lose weight (although I wasn't over weight at all, underweight in fact, but did I think that then?) but have since left that group :)

I think people should make an effort to leave old groups that no longer apply to them. Even if they're not active in those groups it makes it hard to tell if people are serious or not when you visit their profile page.
