So, I wrote about it in my journal too. But I want to let everyone know. I'm cheating tonight, I've already been on a binge, but what can I say, I'm hungry! So, lasagna! Here I come! Please tell me everything is going to be ok...
Oh! And I probably won't be getting my normal amount of excersise tonight either.. Poooo...

Good luck getting back on the wagon
everything will be ok...if you don't continue with your binging.
you should really try to get in your exercise tonight. i don't know about you, but i feel like crap when i don't get my exercise in. and if that crap feeling is coupled with eating more than i should, it's exponential how bad i feel. which leads to more eating, and even more...
dont' be discouraged when you see the scale go up. drink lots of water to help with the digestion of all the food you're taking in.
