That is fantastic! Congratulations on your success. Your story is an inspiration to me to keep going. I have been doing this two weeks and so far I seem to be on track. I only need to lose twenty pounds so hearing about people who have lost even more than I need to really helps me stay focused on my goal. Thank  you.

what did you do?

I am very happy for you too! I worked for a weight loss company and it was my job to teach people how to eat and keep myself fit as an example to them.  Well I don't work there anymore and I find it is a lot harder to stay focused when you don't have others around you who are striving for the same goal. Needless to say, I have consistantly gained almost 18 lbs in less than a year which is a lot for my height. I find your story very inspirational and am going to stop making excuses and focus like you did.  Thanks!

You don't mention exercise in your article, what exercises were you doing? Or was your calorie deficit all it took to lose the weight?
