Hi all, IF you looked at my post about.... Who missed out on the biggest losers sign ups then you are at the right place. I want you to feel free to lose weight the way you want too, and don't feel you are in a race. I wanted to join, but i am glad that i missed the sign ups.. That would have not been a place for me.. If you are feeling sad or low about your day.. Come over and lets talk about it.. I am here to cheer you on a motivate you.. If you want to lose one pound a month i am here for you.. I am not in a big hurry or rush. I did that once before, and look at me.. I am right back at CC... But i am happy to be back... Welcome is a great word to here... I want you all to feel welcome.
We are going to post weights on Sundays.. And we are going to come in and start where ever we fit in.. I want to be the one that cheers with you, and kick you in the butt a little too.. But i want kick you hard, because some days i am going to need you all to kick me a little too and cheer for me.. I am going to post weekly says, and i want you to post them too.. One of them may make someones day...

I only want people who has really worked hard on there weight and means it.. I am one of the true fat people who Yo-Yo from 200+ down to 170 or 160 plus every year, and i am sick of that.. I want to have fun losing the weight, and i want people to be real and true to themself.
Not only that.. I plan to cut the YO YO strings... Who wants to cut them with me.. If you are a YO-Yo person.. Let me know by posting a YNM meaning YO NO MORE.

Well, I'm a newbie here and would love a cheerleader lol. I actually started a plan on April 6th with a start weight of 262....YUCK!!! I'm 5'5". Today I'm down to 246. I don't know how spiritual any of you are and I'm not really trying to preach, but I'VE tried losing weight a million times and am world champ at the YoYo game. This time I really prayed specifically for guidance and I'm actually succeeding and feeling really committed. I found this site a few days ago when I was looking up calories and carbs in something and it seems like a great place to belong. Well Lynn, forgive my rambling, but count me in, lol.

Mellow, you can do just that.. You want to ramb or vent i am here to hear it all.. Trust me.. GOD IS IN the controller of the master plan.. We just have to have faith and push with him to get it... I am done with the yo yo-- I am cutting them.. I get so sick of the up and down.. I been doing that for the past 5 years, and one day you just say enough is enough.. And i am at my fast enough..

I posted on your journal earlier that I have decided that my 2 month "plateau" is my body's way of telling me it doesn't matter how long it takes, losing is losing. So what if at this rate it will take me 2 years to get where I want to be, I would rather spend 2 years losing and keep it off than to be back at this weight in 2 years!
I am starting at 186, want to get down to 135. My goal is somewhere around Christmas!

I am stuck. I remember the 128 pounds that I carried most my life until about12 years ago. I hate my body . I want the flab to tone but its not. I am soon to be 45 with the mind of a 20 year old. Welcome all...... Chris... My mom had a tummy tuck at 52. I am sure you can do something for you that will help with that apron yuk// She had the bypass to lose weight in 2002.. Now she is getting a total body lift... My mom new body makes me sick just thinking about how great she would look.. But i can't get mad at that.. My mom has been big for a long time.. Now that she is 180... She looks great.. She can't lose that fat because it's just skin but she looks great..

I think what you're doing is great !!! I, like Mellow, am a newbie to CC (less than a week)...I used to be in great shape (college athlete back in the 80-90's) before marriage and kids, but for a number of reasons got out of control....
Motivation from within is probably the #1 factor for success in changing my lifestyle (i believe dieting doesn't work, but adopting a healthy lifestyle that includes exercise and sensible eating will work)....However, I will feel so much better knowing there's someone who can give me that little push when it's needed...

Oh yeah sorry, BMI is currently at 30, still considered obese, but working towards just being overweight, only 5 pounds to go for that little goal....

Kairo-- You can do anything that your body want to do... Your body isn't going to do nothing but that... You and GOD have the contollers over that body of yours... AND this Girl Is praying for you..... Not only you..... But for the whole GROUP..CC period.. I am praying for us all.. I am praying, and i am letting GOD in on this and every thing else i do..... So we are going to have low BMI before you know it girl..

Hi to you all. I am here for each and every one of us, and i am praying for high numbers in weight loss.. We will post here, and we will report our weight loss every sunday- monday morning.
I know we all have had the roughest time during the days -weeks months- years, but we all can do this for us.. We are really..
Lets > cut them strings from that yo yo diet and get on the ball to great weight loss. Now.. I know you all think i am odd but i must post a prayer with this post.
Father God. I like to thank you for all you have done for us all. You didn't have to give your only son, but you did for our sins, I like to thank you for all the things you have done for each and every one of us. I like to thank you for the person or persons that came up with this great ideal of CC, and before i get to far from what my prayer is about. I like to thank you for waking me up each and every day, and all the others that you do wake. Father i thank you for pushing us out of the bed so we can get our day started. I like to thank you for the friends that each and every one of us have made here, and i want to thank you for there will power to do this with me. They didn't have to join me, and i do thank you because they did. Father God, I am asking you as your child and in your son Jesus name to keep us healthy and safe. Father God, I would like to thank you for the Troops.. They should not be over there fighting in a war.. But i want to thank you for them, because they have a lot more than i have. I can't be the men and women they are and step into there shoes. But i do thank you for them, for they are portecting us and our families.
