Doesn't that make it gritty? I tried wheat germ in a shake once...blah. The grit was nasty.
Considering the way cheerios just disolve in milk, I think they'd just be mushy.
well the only way is to just try it. I've used it to thicken my fruit smoothies and also slimfast drinks.
