These taste somewhat like Cheeze-Its Makes 144 small crackers @ 10 crackers per serving.
| 8 | oz Cheddar Cheese |
| 1/2 | cup Butter |
| 1/2 | tsp Salt |
| 3/8 | tbsp Cumin |
| 3/8 | tbsp Onion Powder |
| 3/8 | tbsp Garlic Powder |
| 1/8 | tbsp Cayenne |
| 1/4 | cup Oat bran |
| 1 | cup, soy flour, stirred |
| 1/2 | cup Soy Protein |
- Combine cheese and butter in food
- processor. Add salt, spices, and oat
- bran and process. Add soy protein
- isolate and process. Add soy flour and
- process.
- Remove dough from food processor.
- Knead some. Divide into two pieces.
- Roll each piece into a log about 1 1/4
- inch in diameter. Freeze.
- Thaw slightly in refrigerator. Slice very
- thinly. Place slices on baking sheet
- and bake at 375°F for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheet.
