Which is better Cheese or Yogurt. Plz be specific in everything.
Better for what?
If you want a specific answer, you need to ask a specific question.
Better for what?
Both are rich in calcium. Both have protein. Yogurt has the advantage of live cultures, but can be high in sugar depending on what Brand or variety you buy. Cheese tends to be higher in fat.
Personally, I tend to make a distinction not between Yogurt, Milk or Cheese but between Cheese and Olive Oil. I love cheese and will grate it on top of steamed veggies instead of using olive oil, butter or another fat.
Hope this helps?
Cheese, milk, or yogurt?
Well, milk is best to put into cereal. Unless it's granola, in which case yogurt is quite yummy. I do not recommend putting cheese into either.
Cheese is best to top a cracker with. I would not recommend putting milk or yogurt on a cracker... although perhaps some of those greek yogurts might be ok on crackers... not sure - probably depends on the cracker.
I say eat whichever you feel like. They are both good for you. Cheese can be sneaky with keeping it at a moderate level of consumption and with yogurt I'd try and find the most organic/least amount of sugar. They are both good for you and give you different benefits. So enjoy!
Cheese is solid, so in its natural state (full fat), it would have a lot more fat and because they are both animal products, they both have a lot of saturated fat. Dairy in general also contains a lot of sugar so watch out for both on this, but especially with sweetened yogurt. Yogurt would likely be more filling because there is more water content, but because cheese has more fat it will keep you full for longer. Yogurt usually has fruit added, which can add fibre, which is great. Cheese has more salt, so if you have been exercising, this may be helpful in replacing some salt you have sweated....it all depends on what you are trying to get out of your dairy snack.
So you really need to be specific if you expect specific answers.

I agree--cheese has fewer carbs than milk and yogurt, so trolls are more likely to eat it. They are also highly distracted by gadgets that separate eggs.
But your answer wasn't specific enough in everything.
Cheese. Because.
because why?
Because I said so.
