Ingredients
100 g mascarpone cheese
200 g ricotta cheese
2 egg whites
60 g flour
40 g sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions
  1. mix ricotta, mascarpone and eggs

  2. stir in flour and sugar

  3. add in lemon juice

  4. bake low 1 hour

  5. brown 15 minutes

  6. eat
