With A Kick of Cajun flavor! Tony Chachere's More Spice

Ingredients
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
4 oz. Velveeta Light, Reduced Fat, diced into 2" cubes
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Sharp
1/8 cup 2% milk
1/4 cup Country Crock, Plus Calcium & Vitamins Spread
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch red pepper
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

  2. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish or 3 quart casserole dish with food spray oil.

  3. Spread a layer of hash browns into the dish, filling the dish a little under halfway.

  4. Spread Velveeta cubes evenly on top and sprinkle about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese in. Distribute the Country Crock spread butter evenly among the mixture.

  5. Sprinkle a light amount of Tony Chachere's More Spice Seasoning on top. **Do not season liberally, as it will overpower the dish. If you do not have this seasoning, blend the seasonings above to make a small amount to sprinkle.

  6. Then spread the remaining hash browns on top to make the final layer. Pour the milk over the hash browns. Sprinkle the remaining amount of cheese evenly over the top.

  7. Use the Tony's More Spice to sprinkle a light amount on top of the mixture.

  8. Bake covered in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to bubble and brown.
